corn chowder with potatoes, limas, and peppers (from Vegan with a Vengance)

crackers spread with soynut butter and melted vegan chocolate chips

lunch
tofurkey and smart bacon sandwich (on whole grain bread) with lettuce, tomato, and delicious vegenaise
carrot sticks
coco loco bar

breakfast
lavash with soynut butter and pumpkin spread
OJ
hot tea
