1 c. vegetable soup
thai green curry with steamed tofu, rice, and vegetables

afternoon snack
leftover tofu menemen

lunch
leftover polenta/kale casserole
coco loco bar

breakfast
whole grain toast
tofu menemen w/nutritional yeast
