menu for march 18th


after dinner
Soy Delicious ice cream sandwich

dinner

vegan sushi with sweet potato, pepper, marinated tofu, cucumber, fresh sweet corn, wasabi vegenaise, edamame, and kiwi (the kiwi was just by itself)

snack
ZenSoy chocolate soymilk

lunch
whole wheat wrap with tofu and spinach
soy yogurt with frozen raspberries
coco loco bar

mid-morning snack
4 Nate's meatless meatballs

breakfast
1 mini bagel with tofu cream cheese
1 sliced kiwi fruit
OJ
